2. Conference Registration Desk

Location: 4/F, near the entrance of S420 series (Please refer to the floor plan)
Opening Hours: Friday 23 Sep, 13:00 - 17:00
Saturday 24 Sep, 07:30 - 18:00
Sunday 25 Sep, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Please present your confirmation note for collecting your conference kit.
  • All APCASH 2016 participants, including delegates, accompanying persons, faculty, exhibitors and sponsors must register and pick up their conference kit before entering the sessions. Name badge is required for access to all meeting rooms, so be sure you have the name badge with you at all times.
  • Electronic version of the Certificate of Attendance will be sent to each participant after the Conference.

5. Conference Language

The official language of the Conference will be in English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

6. Lunch and Coffee Break

Conference delegates, faculty members and presenters will be entitled to access to lunch symposium and coffee breaks. Tray meal will be served on 24 & 25 September and badges will be checked.

7. Car Parking

8. Transportation

There is no scheduled conference transport to/from hotels to the conference venue. Participants should make arrangements directly with their hotel if transport to the conference venue is required.

9. Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own loss of property, cancellation expenses and legal liability and it is recommended that participants arrange for the appropriate travel insurance, including medical coverage.
