Upon request, APCASH 2016 is pleased to send an invitation for participation. Such an invitation is not a commitment on the part of the APCASH to provide any financial support, nor it is a guarantee of the acceptance of an abstract/case, nor a guarantee that the consulate will issue the visa.

Letters of invitation will be sent to individuals who are registered and payment has been verified. To request an invitation letter, please contact the Conference Secretariat. Information such as your passport number, ID card, occupation and permanent address must be provided.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that all aspects of the Conference announced will take place as scheduled, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes at any time should the need arise.

The Organizing Committee of the Conference will not be liable for personal accident and/or loss or damage to the property of participants during the Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
