Individual Delegate Registration
The delegate registration fee includes:

• Full access to the scientific sessions and exhibition
• Admission to the lunch symposia organized by the industry
• Congress kit with the final program and further scientific material
• Coffee break
• Certificate of attendance
• Name badge

Registration Procedures

STEP 1:
Create your own account.

STEP 2:
Participants are strongly requested to register for the conference individually via online registration system at the conference website. Complete registration required full payment (accept PayPal only).

STEP 3:
A notification would be sent via email to confirm your application. If you fail to receive it, please contact the conference secretariat at apcash@llink.com.hk or Tel: +852 2566 2889

STEP 4:
A confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of your completed payment.


Payment Method
Registration can be made by PayPal or bank draft / local cheque in HK Dollars to Conference Secretariat. For local cheque / bank draft, the payment must be made payable to "Hong Kong Society of Congenital & Structural Heart Disease Limited". Payment must be sent to the Conference Secretariat. Registration participants will receive a registration confirmation.


Individual Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation or modification requests must be officially submitted in writing by email to Conference Secretariat, e-mail: apcash@llink.com.hk

For cancellations received by 23 August, 2016, the paid amount will be refunded with a 70% penalty reduction.

No refund will be made for cancellations received after 23 August, 2016.
