Graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1988, Dr Simon Chan received his residency training in anaesthesia at St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney. Upon completion of his anaesthetic training, he returned to Hong Kong to join the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, Prince of Wales Hospital in 1996. Dr Chan took up the Consultant post at Prince of Wales Hospital in 2002 and has been the Supervisor of Training in Anaesthesia, New Territories East Cluster since 2001. He was the elected Council member of Hong Kong College of Anaesthesiologists since 2003 and is the current Honorary Secretary.
Dr Chan has special interest in cardiac anaesthesia, anaesthesia for vascular surgery and Pain Medicine and is currently the Director of Pain Medicine Unit, Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at Prince of Wales Hospital since 1998. Dr Chan has been working in cardiac anaesthesia and vascular anaesthesia since 1999; and was involved in development of pre-operative cardiac assessment guideline for vascular surgery at Prince of Wales Hospital.

Dr Cheung currently is an Associate Consultant in Dvision of Cardiology, Department of Medicine at Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital (PYNEH); He is a council member of Hong Kong Society of Congenital & Structural Heart Disease (HKCASH).
Dr Cheung obtained his MBBS degree from the University of Hong Kong. He received his general medical and cardiology training at PYNEH. He further underwent his clinical and research fellowship in the field of congenital and structural heart intervention in the Copenhagen University Hospital Rigshospitalet in Denmark. His special interests in cardiology are TAVI, MitraClip and LAA occlusion.

Andrew Li earned his MBBS at University of Hong Kong and completed his fellowship in Cardiology at Ruttonjee Hospital. He was awarded the Hong Kong Heart Foundation Travelling Fellowship in 2012 and undertook cardiovascular imaging training in Echo, CMR and CT at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, the major teaching hospital of the University of Adelaide, Australia. He had performed over 300 cardiac MRI and has authored peer-review publications in medical journals including American Journal of Medicine, Heart, and Journal of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance. Dr Wan graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and he received his basic and higher surgical training at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong. He has been the clinical fellow at the Bristol Heart Institute, United Kingdom from year 1999 to 2000. He joined the Cardiothoracic Unit at the Prince of Wales Hospital since 1998.
His main research interests include minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgery, off- pump coronary artery bypass surgery, interventional bronchoscopy, endobronchial valves and robotic thoracic surgery. He is currently the Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon and Honorary Clinical Associate Professor of the Department of Surgery, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is the author of "Video Atlas of Minimally Invasive Thoracic Surgery". Dr Wan has been the reviewers of the Surgical Practice, European Journal of Cardiothoracic Surgery and Asian Cardiovascular and Thoracic Annals etc. He is the examiner of the College of Surgeons Hong Kong and the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

Ms Wong got her Bachelor of Nursing in University of HK after graduated in QEH Nursing School. She also obtained two professional certificates in coronary care and critical care nursing. In the past 20 years, she worked in cardiac ward and coronary care unit; she is experienced in caring patients with heart disease. Dr Randolph Hung-leung WONG received medical training from the Medical School of The Chinese University of Hong Kong since 1995. He received Tang Siu Cho Memorial Prize in 1998 and obtained his MBChB (CUHK) in 2000. He undertook higher surgical training in cardiothoracic surgery in Prince of Wales Hospital, Grantham Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital and obtained FRCSEd (CTh) from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2008. He further obtained Fellow of The College of Surgeons of Hong Kong and Fellow of Hong Kong Academy of Medicine in 2009.
Dr Wong's career interests include hybrid thoracic aortic intervention, aortic arch surgery and hybrid cardiovascular procedures. He is a committee member of Hybrid Operating Theatre management committee of Prince of Wales Hospital and actively participate in the development of hybrid cardiovascular interventions.
Academically, Dr Wong has contributed over 70 publications in peer-reviewed journals including Circulation, JACC, CHEST and Annals of Thoracic Surgery, 27 abstracts and poster presentations, and 20 invited talks. He has been regular reviewer of CHEST, HEART, European Journal of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Interactive CardioVascular and Thoracic Surgery and Journal Zhejiang University SCIENCE since 2005.
Currently, Dr Wong is an associate consultant of cardiothoracic surgery division at the department of surgery of Prince of Wales Hospital and a clinical assistant professor (honorary) of CUHK. He is a fellow of American College of Chest Physician, European Association of Cardio-Thoracic Society and member of Asian Society for Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery.
