REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS

Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, you are entitled:
  • Admission to all scientific sessions, industry-sponsored symposia and exhibition
  • Admission to Opening Ceremony
  • Congress Kit
  • Lunches and refreshment during the conference period (10-12 October)
  • Certificate of attendance



  • REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

    STEP 1:
    Participants are strongly requested to register for the conference individually via online registration system at the conference website. Complete registration required full payment (PayPal, local cheque / bank draft only).

    STEP 2:
    A notification would be sent via email to confirm your application. If you fail to receive it, please contact the conference secretariat at apcash@llink.com.hk

    STEP 3:
    A confirmation note will be issued upon the receipt of your completed payment.



    PAYMENT METHODS

    Payment can be made by PayPal or bank draft / local cheque in HK Dollars only. For local cheque / bank draft, the payment must be made payable to "Hong Kong Society of Congenital & Structural Heart Disease Limited". Payment must be sent to the Conference Secretariat.



    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Please download the refund request form. The form must be received before 31 August 2014. 70% of registration fee will be reimbursed. There will be NO refund for cancellation received after this date.

    It takes about 1 month for refund processing, and any remittance charge should be paid by beneficiary separately.
