Registration Procedures
Registration must be made on the official Registration Form which can be downloaded here. Registration can be made by local cheque (for local participants only) in HK Dollars or bank draft in US Dollars. The payment must be made payable to "Hong Kong Society of Congenital & Structural Heart Disease Limited".
Registration form and payment must be sent to the Conference Secretariat.
Registration Entitlements
Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, you are invited to participate in all scientific sessions and exhibition.
Cancellation
If written cancellation is received before 31 August 2010, 50% of registration fee will be reimbursed. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this date.
Letter of Invitation
The conference secretariat will provide a letter of invitation upon request. This letter is to facilitate participant's travel and visa arrangement only.
